Stake.com needed to attract more Indian users to their platform during the IPL 2024 season. Their challenge was to introduce the new UPI payment option and educate users on the registration, deposit, and withdrawal processes, reducing confusion & improving ease of use.

About Client

To address the user acquisition challenge, we created informative and engaging videotutorials in both English and Hindi, demonstrating how to register, deposit, place bets, andwithdraw on the Stake.com platform using the newly introduced UPI payment method. Key Metrics that Highlight Growth and Engagement

A specific WhatsApp business number was dedicated to the marketing activities associated with TCD. With this, all inquiries through this channel were attributed to TCD campaigns. (calls, messages, WhatsApp messages, etc.) Meta Inbox with ad IDs. Each ad campaign we ran had unique IDs with TCD tags. The leads generated through these campaigns were easily identified in the meta business suite. The user acquisition on the website was tracked using Google Analytics. Through GA, we can understand how the users came to our website and interacted with our pages.
