Stake.com partnered with TouchCraft Digital to enhance user acquisition during the IPL 2024 season by introducing UPI payments, focusing on ease of registration, deposits, and withdrawals. This project included creating bilingual video tutorials to educate users on the new payment methods, boosting engagement and conversion rates.
Stake.com, an online betting platform known for cryptocurrency-based transactions, aimed to expand its reach in India by introducing UPI as a payment method. However, the complexity of registration and deposits deterred new users, particularly during the IPL 2024 season, when user engagement was critical.
Stake.com sought to attract more Indian users during IPL 2024 by promoting UPI payments. The target audience was Indian sports bettors unfamiliar with the UPI payment method on the platform. The project required a comprehensive strategy to educate users and reduce the complexity of onboarding.

The team devised a content strategy to create bilingual (English and Hindi) video tutorials, explaining each step—from registering on Stake.com to using UPI for deposits and withdrawals. These videos were tailored to the Indian audience, emphasizing the ease and benefits of UPI transactions.
Monitoring & Adjustment:
The team monitored user engagement closely throughout the IPL season, analyzing metrics such as video views, click-through rates, and conversion rates to adjust the campaign as needed.

Video Content Creation:

These tutorials were embedded on Stake.com’s help section and uploaded to the platform’s YouTube channel with optimized titles and descriptions for SEO. Additionally, users attempting to register were sent direct messages with video links via WhatsApp to facilitate the process.
Campaign Execution:
The videos were strategically promoted during the IPL 2024 season to maximize user engagement. TouchCraft Digital ensured that the content was accessible and prominently featured on Stake.com’s website and social media platforms.
