Overview:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of user-centered design, be able to conduct comprehensive research, and create intuitive, user-friendly designs. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of web and mobile applications through your insights and design expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct UX Research including, but not limited to:

  • User Interviews (both online and offline)

  • Stakeholder Interviews

  • Information Architecture

  • Empathy Mapping

  • Competitor Analysis

  • User Personas

• Translate research findings into actionable design solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and experience.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.

• Ensure designs meet business and user needs while maintaining consistency in visual design and branding.

• Take ownership of project management responsibilities, including managing timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.

• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI design trends and best practices.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design for both web and mobile platforms.

• Strong expertise in UX Research methodologies and tools.

• Experience in conducting user and stakeholder interviews, information architecture, and competitor analysis.

• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and UI design.

• Ability to create both low and high-fidelity designs.

• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions.

• Ability to manage projects independently, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
