Overview:


The Project Manager / Account Manager at TCD is responsible for managing client projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and marketing strategies. This role involves collaborating with internal Strategy, Creative, and Digital teams, overseeing workflows, and maintaining strong client relationships. The candidate should have a digital marketing background, strong leadership potential, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Enthusiasm, commitment, and excellent communication skills are key to success in this role.


Responsibilities:

  1. Client Project Management:

    • Lead and manage client projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are on time, within scope, and meet the client’s expectations.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, effective communication and managing any challenges or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

  2. Collaboration Across Departments:

    • Work closely with the Strategy, Creative, and Digital teams to fully understand the client’s business goals, target audience, and overall marketing objectives.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive, tailored strategies that align with the client’s vision and objectives.

  3. Strategy Development and Execution:

    • Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team to develop holistic marketing strategies.

    • Ensure that all executions across various channels (creative, digital, and more) align with the developed strategy and meet the agreed-upon objectives.

    • Oversee the workflow of projects, ensuring tasks are distributed effectively, timelines are adhered to, and that each stage progresses smoothly.

  4. Leadership and Team Management:

    • Demonstrate leadership capabilities by managing future team members, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

    • Provide guidance and support during every phase of the project, from concept ideation to execution.

  5. Creative Process Involvement:

    • Be actively involved in all stages of the creative process, including brainstorming, concept development, storyboarding, production, and final editing.

    • Ensure that the creative output is aligned with the client’s vision and effectively communicates the desired message.

  6. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and being proactive in offering solutions.

    • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to provide updates on project progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.

  7. Problem-Solving & Adaptability:

    • Handle project roadblocks, making real-time adjustments to schedules and workflows as needed to meet project goals.

    • Remain adaptable and ready to pivot strategies based on evolving client needs or market changes.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience:

    • 1-2 years of prior experience in project management, account management, or a similar role within a marketing or digital agency.

    • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and successfully balancing client expectations and team deliverables.

  2. Marketing Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with marketing and digital marketing terminologies, trends, and best practices.

    • Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and techniques, such as social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising.

  3. Digital Focus:

    • A digitally driven mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in the digital marketing space.

    • Experience working with creative and digital teams on integrated campaigns.

  4. Commitment & Enthusiasm:

    • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
