Key Responsibilities:


  • Mandatory Responsibility: The candidate must be willing to travel and meet clients, and initiate meetings.

  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through email, phone calls, and other digital communication methods.

  • Lead Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs, present our services, and propose tailored solutions.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and long-term partnerships.

  • Sales Funnel Management: Track and manage leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and business development progress.


Requirements:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business (preferably BBA), Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the digital marketing industry is an added advantage.

  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices will be an added advantage.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software for managing leads and sales pipeline.
